LinkedIn\u2019s <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/business.linkedin.com\/talent-solutions\/recruiting-tips\/global-talent-trends-2019#\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Global Talent Trends 2019<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> report shows that since 2016, there has been a 78% increase in job posts on LinkedIn mentioning work flexibility.\u00a0 This is a valuable offering for many types of employees and, for millennials in particular, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/business.linkedin.com\/talent-solutions\/blog\/company-culture\/2018\/remote-and-flexible-work-options\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">flexibility in work correlates to loyalty to their employer<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, according to The Deloitte Global Millennial Survey 2019.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Virtual teams are more productive<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Managers are often concerned that remote working will bring about a decrease in communication, or a degradation of culture and organic, informal connection.
