You\u2019ll need to define your selling environment, identify required skills and find someone with the right DNA to succeed. A candidate that has not worked in your field, but comes with the right talent, has the potential to be a huge asset to your company. While industry experience is great, the lack of it is not a deal breaker if you can identify relevant sales skills that are transferable from one industry to yours. New blood can result in new sales.
