and retaining the right talent, yet <\/span><b>over half (53%) of respondents<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> said they <\/span><b>didn\u2019t have their ideal compensation In addition, <\/span><b>53% had accelerators<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and some respondents enjoyed team bonuses and recognition programs.
