We don\u2019t want TOO much. It\u2019s a matter of finding balance.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p3\">When you can have your staff connecting socially outside of work, that\u2019s where the bonds and future friendships are built<\/li>\n<li class=\"p3\">The way we\u2019ve managed to do that is by hosting virtual escape rooms, #ThirstyThursdays, #WorkoutWednesdays\u2026<\/li>\n<li class=\"p3\">We will be hosting a lunch n\u2019 learn series called \u201cHow to Win at Life\u201d where we will bring in speakers from the Finance industry who can show us how to invest properly, to a mindfulness coach who can show us how to meditate and manage stresses.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p3\">Anytime we can provide value to an employee\u2019s life, they will in turn bring their best selves to work! That\u2019s all anybody could ever ask for.
